3. Ordering Services

9. Termination
8.1 We may terminate this agreement and cease providing Services with immediate effect if you:
- Fail to pay the Fees on time.
- Act in a disruptive or threatening manner towards other users or staff.
- Cheat or plagiarize in connection with the Services.
- Engage in criminal behavior on our premises or in connection with our Services.
8.2 In the event of termination, clauses on Liability, Intellectual Property, and Confidentiality shall continue to apply.

The arbitration will be conducted in English and take place in the United Kingdom.
Each party will be responsible for its own costs unless the arbitrator rules otherwise. For disputes not subject to arbitration, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.
