1. Recurring Payment Schedule
1.1 When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you selected (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or annually).
1.2 The first payment is collected at the time of subscription, and subsequent payments will be automatically charged at the beginning of each new billing period.

2. Payment Methods

3. Automatic Renewal

4. Cancellation of Recurring Payments

4.2 To stop charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 14 days before the next scheduled payment date.
4.3 Upon cancellation, you will retain access to subscription services until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the current billing period.
4.4 If you cancel and later wish to resubscribe, you will need to sign up again at the then-current subscription rates.
5. Failed Payments
5.1 If a recurring payment fails due to insufficient funds, expired or canceled card, or any other reason, we will make up to two additional attempts to process the payment within a 7-day period.
5.2 We will notify you by email if a payment attempt fails, and you will be prompted to update your payment information.
5.3 If we are unable to successfully process your payment after multiple attempts, your subscription will be suspended until payment issues are resolved.
5.4 A grace period of 5 days will be provided during which you can update your payment information before your account access is restricted.
6. Price Changes
6.1 We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices for future billing periods. Any price changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
6.2 If we modify subscription prices, the new rate will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period. You will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new prices take effect if you do not wish to continue at the new rate.
6.3 Promotional or discounted subscription rates may revert to standard rates at the end of the promotional period.
7. Billing Inquiries and Disputes
7.1 For any billing inquiries or disputes related to recurring payments, please contact our customer support team at info@zenskillset.com within 30 days of the contested charge.
7.2 Please include your account information, the date of the disputed charge, and a detailed explanation of your concern.
7.3 We will investigate and respond to billing inquiries within 10 business days.
8. Changes to this Policy
8.1 We reserve the right to modify this Recurring Payments Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Website with a 30-day notice before taking effect.
