What is ZenSkillSet?
ZenSkillSet is an online learning platform offering proactive training in IT, web development, and digital marketing. Courses are designed to be practical and interactive, giving you real skills and portfolio projects rather than purely theoretical knowledge.
What subjects do you cover?
Our current catalogue includes several technology and business topics, namely:
- Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript and more);
- Software and design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Webflow, Unity, and more);
- Cloud and DevOps (AWS Infrastructure, AWS Developer);
- Quality assurance (software testing, QA basics);
- Marketing and business (Digital communication, Customer success, Design thinking);
- AI tools (Productivity skills for everyday work).
Do I get a certificate after completing a course?
We cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as certification or job placement. The effectiveness of courses depends on individual effort and engagement. If certificates are offered for specific courses, details will be listed in that course's description.

Learning process
What’s included in a course?
Each course may include video lectures, written materials, assignments, and quizzes. Some courses may also offer optional extras such as one-to-one sessions with instructors, webinars, and other enhancements. The exact contents, duration, and skill level are outlined on each course's individual description page.
How long do I have access to a course I’ve bought?
If you purchase a course separately, your access is permanent and does not expire. If you access a course through a subscription plan, you will be able to access it only while the subscription is active.
Do I need prior experience to enrol in a course?
It depends on the course. Most of them are labelled as “Beginner” or “All levels”, and need no prior experience. You can check the level indicator on each course’s page before you enrol.
Pricing
Can I buy a single course instead of a subscription?
Yes. Courses can be purchased individually for the price listed on each respective page. This is independent of any subscription plan, and you will keep access without any subscription.
What subscription plans are available?
We offer three monthly subscriptions:
- Starter - €7.55/mo: Grants access to a selection of courses that are worth over €150
- Pro - €15.21/mo: Grants access to more advanced features, priority support, and a selection of courses worth over €600
- Elite - €37.79/mo: Unlocks the full experience with all features needed to accelerate your learning. Additionally, grants access to one-on-one instructor sessions, and a selection of courses worth more than €2000
All plans renew automatically each month unless cancelled beforehand.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. ZenSkillSet does not store any of your full payment details on its servers.
I think I’ve been charged incorrectly. What should I do?
Contact ZenSkillSet within 30 days of the charge appearing in your statement. Email us on info@zenskillset.com with your account information date of the charge and a clear explanation. Billing inquiries are reviewed and responded to within 10 business days.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting info@zenskillset.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately, but you keep access to the service until the end of the current paid period.
Are subscription fees refundable?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We cannot issue refunds for unused portions of a billing period, accidental purchases, lack of usage, dissatisfaction with course content, or failing to cancel before a renewal.
The exception is if you experience verifiable technical issues that prevent access. To claim a refund in this case, please email info@zenskillset.com within 7 days of first experiencing the problem.
Account
Sharing an account.
No. Access to courses and services is for your personal use only. Sharing accounts or course materials without permission is a violation of ZenSkillSet’s Terms and Conditions, and may result in account suspension.
Can my account be terminated?
We may terminate your account if you fail to pay fees on time, behave in a disruptive or threatening manner toward other users or staff, engage in cheating or plagiarism, or are involved in criminal behaviour in connection with the platform. Prohibited activities, such as uploading harmful content, harassment, or attempting to access other users' accounts, may also result in suspension or legal action.
Instructors
Can I teach on ZenSkillSet?
Yes! We invite professionals to submit courses on topics covering IT, web development, and digital marketing. As an instructor you earn royalties each time a student enrolls in your course. You’ll also have access to an instructor dashboard to track student activity and course performance.
How do I apply?
Use the application form on our homepage (under the “Become an Instructor” section). You’ll need to provide your name, contact details, area you’d like to teach, and a presentation or course description. We will then assess the proposal and adapt your course to fit the platform.
Who owns the course materials I create?
All intellectual property rights of course materials published on the platform remain with ZenSkillSet or its licensors, following our Terms and Conditions.
